Matthew Christopher and his wife, Elizabeth, moved to Williamsburg in 2010. They practiced downtown as chiropractors for many years. They now live in northern Whitley County with their children, Ian and Liza. Matthew’s favorite feature of the Whitley County Public Library is the opportunity to listen to free audiobooks on Libby and Hoopla.
Linda brings various types of professional experience to the WCPL Board. She served as an elementary classroom teacher for five years before beginning a 40-year career in higher education administration at the University of the Cumberlands. During this same time, Linda taught Children’s Literature, a course which was part of the teacher preparation curriculum. She is proud of the various resources the library provides to the community, but Linda is especially proud of the collection of materials and programming focused on children.

Glenna is a retired teacher and elementary school counselor, having served 27 years at Williamsburg Independent School District. She is actively involved in children’s ministries at Main Street Baptist Church, and enjoys serving her community on the library board. She is married with two daughters and four grandchildren.
Kimberly D. Creekmore is a lifelong educator and district leader in Whitley County Schools with more than 33 years of experience supporting students, teachers, and schools. She currently serves in multiple district leadership roles including Instructional Coach, Professional Development Coordinator, Grant Coordinator, and Assistant District Assessment Coordinator. Kimberly is passionate about both literacy and mathematics and believes strong foundations in both are essential for lifelong learning. She is proud to serve her community through the county library board and support its mission to expand access to knowledge, opportunity, and educational growth for all ages.
